School Attendance

- Student must be present in the school campus before the commencement of the assembly. Attendance at the assembly is mandatory . Late comers will be sent home .
- Irregularity in attendance will be viewed seriously and will result in detention.
- To meet the promotion criteria, 80% attendance is compulsory, in accordance with the rules of the Govt of West Bengal.

Leave and Absence

- Late comers will not admitted to the class without the written permission of the supervisor. Their names will be centered in the Late Comers Register.
- In all cases of absence, parents are expected to notify the class teacher through the leave record Section of the School Diary
- Prolonged absence on medical grounds should be supported by a medical certificate.
- Prior sanction must be sought from the principal through a written application in cases of absence exceeding four days.
- Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases must refrain from attending school until the completion of the quarantine period. They should produce a Medical clearance Certificate to avail leave for the lost days.
