Guidelines
- Your co-operation with the school authorities is absolutely necessary to ensure that your child derives maximum benefit from his/ her education. In addition to the school calendar which serves as a two way channel of communication between parents and teachers, we also dispatch circulars periodically to keep you informed of the programs of the school.
- Kindly ensure that the school calendar is brought to school daily by your ward. You are requested to check and sign your child’s school calendar for details regarding home work assignments and complaints/ remarks communicated by teachers in the best interests of your ward.
- Parent's prompt acknowledgment of the teachers remarks in the calendar is mandatory.
- Parents are not permitted to meet the teachers or students during school hours without the prior permission of the Principal.
- Please do pay special attention to the personal cleanliness of your ward.
- As your child grows to develop in to a resourceful and useful member of home, society and country, encourage independence in study and work. Teach him/her to keep his/ her room tidy, make him/her bed, polish him/her shoes etc. The information of such habits early in life will inculcate in children the concept of dignity of labour, a fundamental virtue so necessary for successful career in life.
- Gold ornaments are not allowed. School will not take responsibility over the loss of ornaments.
- Leave without proper information is unacceptable and will be fined
- During exams leave of any sort is not permissible However,emergency cases will be accepted with proper evidence
- Kindly ensure that the occasional reports from the teacher through the diary are verified on a regular basis.
- You must ensure that your child behaves in the school with a high sense of morality and discipline.
- You are informed to co-operate with the school authorities in all matters related with your child's education.
- Parents and guardians can meet the Principal / Vice Principal or teachers between 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm on working days. Parents must respond to the calls of the Principal / Vice Principal / teachers immediately within the stipulated date and time must settle in matter.
- Presence of parents for Parent-Teacher meetings and Result Declaration days is mandatory.
- In the event of any disturbance, kindly settle it straight away with the school authorities. We do not have any agents outside to mediate for the school activities.
- We are always open for constructive criticism but not for arrogant outbursts or blind allegations.
- Admissions are offered from pre Nursery to high school Level.
- Children should have completed 3 years of age to secure admission in kindergarten.
- Entrance exams will be conducted for the all the new entrants except Pre Nursery students in English, Mathematics, Science and Second language.
- Admission will be purely based on merit and the student’s performance in the entrance test.
- At the time of admission the student will have to submit the original transfer certificate ,progress report and two passport sized colour photographs to the school office
- The intimation to withdraw a child from the school should be submitted in written form by 28th February and if the parent fails to do so, three months fees will be levied as fine for issuing transfer certificate.
- The fees for the academic year should be settled monthly and should reach the office by 15th of every month. Rs10/- will be levied after 15th of the month and an additional Rs.10 will be charged if being paid after the respective month.
- The fees for the whole academic year must be paid to withdraw a child from the school during the middle of the academic year.
- Admission will be duly confirmed after the clearance of the entrance test and due completion of payment . It shall be completed only when all the documents are accepted by the school registrar after the prior verification and approval by the principal
- Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Any attempt to use unfair means, influence or recommendation shall end up in the automatic disqualification of the candidate. The school does not have any agents or agencies for admission
