Admission
Hebron has been giving a faithful service to the people of Bagdogra and its neighboring areas since its inception in 1981. This relationship is honest and sincere and we bear the testimony of having set fixed and unchangeable rules for the students and parents alike.
 Admission Guide lines
- Admissions are offered from pre Nursery to High School Level.
- Children should have completed 3 years of age to secure admission in kindergarten.
- Entrance exams will be conducted for the all the new entrants except Pre Nursery students in Engpsh, Mathematics, Science and Second language. Admission will be purely based on merit and the student’s performance in the entrance test.
- At the time of admission the student will have to submit the original transfer certificate, progress report and two passport sized colour photographs to the school office.
- The intimation to withdraw a child from the school should be submitted in written form by 28th February and if the parent fails to do so, three months fees will be levied as fine for issuing transfer certificate.
- The fees for the academic year should be settled monthly and should reach the office by 15th of every month. Rs.10/- will be levied after 15th of the month and an additional Rs.10/- will be charged if being paid after the respective month.
- The fees for the whole academic year must be paid to withdraw a child from the school during the middle of the academic year.
- Admission will be duly confirmed after clearance of the entrance test and due completion of payment. It shall be completed only when all the documents are accepted by the school registrar after the prior verification and approval by the principal.
- Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Any attempt to use unfair means, influence or recommendation shall end up in the automatic disquapfication of the candidate. The school does not have any agents or agencies for admission
Admission to Class XI
Students who appear for the ICSE Examination can aspire for admission in class XI. We offer the following streams and the criteria for selection and admission will be decided by the committee headed by the principal. The selection will be considered purely on merit and totally be at the principal. A) SCIENCE B) COMMERCE C) HUMANITIES (ARTS)
Admission to Class XI
Admission to class XI is totally a matter to be declared by the Management of the School. Separate admission will have to be taken for this course and all the formalities of admission must be completed. All the students who have passed out of Hebron and also students from reputed schools will have the choice of getting admission in Hebron.
- All the students should have good character and must submit the character certificate from the school where they have passed.
- Those who apply for the SCIENCE STREAM should have minimum 70% marks in SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS.
- Those who apply for COMMERCE STREAM should have a minimum of 60% in aggregate and a minimum of 55% in aggregate for those who apply for ARTS STREAM.
- Application forms duly filled in are to be submitted in the school office along with a copy of the progress report of class IX and X on the date notified.
- If a minimum of 20 students are not there for any stream, that stream may be cancelled for that year. Whatever rules are there in the Prospectus are strictly applicable to thestudents of class XI AND XII.
- Other documents are to be submitted and papers need to be signed in front of the parents at the time of admission. This will be informed from time to time.
